On 28 November 2006 in Maribor, Slovenia, Prof. Dr. Boryana Hristova - the Director of St.St. Cyril and Methodius National Library - signed an Agreement for including Bulgarian libraries in the free exchange of bibliographic records in Cobiss.Net. Under this agreement, the National Library undertook to implement COBISS software.
