Code of Ethics of the Journal "Biblioteka"
1. Editorial Independence
The Journal "Biblioteka" publishes submitted materials after anonymous review. Content that promotes discrimination, hate speech or prejudice based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other personal characteristics is not allowed. Of paramount importance to the Editorial Board of the Journal "Biblioteka" is the publication of texts with high scientific value.
2. Conflict of Interest
The authors and the editor are obliged to declare potential conflicts of interest. If such are present, the participation of the specific material is limited.
3. Responsibility to readers
The journal encourages free speech, cultural dialogue and critical thinking, but adheres to the official position regarding the past and present of library and information sciences, bibliography, literature and history. Materials accepted for publication cannot contradict this position.
4. Copyright
The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the facts and guarantee that they have not plagiarized. In the event of an error and a signal from the author, the journal publishes a timely refutation or correction.
We respect the right to privacy. We do not publish personal information without the consent of the persons concerned. Each author receives one paper copy of the relevant issue of the journal "Library" in which his publication is published.
